Cory grew up in North Adams, an Engineer by trade, he has remained in the Berkshires throughout his career as an executive with Berkshire Broadcasting Company. Following its sale in 2004, Cory went to work in the real estate and land development business, recently retiring after nine years as Executive Director of the Pittsfield Economic Development Authority. He is a small business owner and currently serves as Treasurer of the Williamstown Fire District and volunteer firefighter in town. Cory has extensive market knowledge and has worked collaboratively with both municipal and private sector entities to attract businesses and jobs to the Berkshires. He intends to continue that commercial focus in his role with Moresi Real Estate Partners.
